JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to ensure that the lottery drawing shows are executed in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures, thereby maintaining the integrity of the drawing process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up the drawing equipment and conducting pre and post drawing tests before and after each drawing;
Operating the lottery drawing equipment during each drawing show;
Relaying information regarding the winning numbers to other departments within the GLC and to the media;
Training television station personnel, outside auditors and other GLC staff on the drawing show procedures; attending retailer rallies; and
Compiling the liability reports and ensuring that all guidelines and rules for all aspects of the drawings are enforced.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Degree: Associate’s or higher degree in applicable field such as Criminal Justice, Accounting or Auditing preferred.
Valid Driver’s License and Satisfactory Driving Record Required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at a time required.
Ability to work a flexible shift to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
