    JOB SUMMARY

    The Senior Software Integration Administrator is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting core 3rd party application software solutions that the GLC utilizes to conduct critical business functions. This position will be required to develop and maintain Subject Matter Expertise level knowledge in the applications, responsible for interface implementation, support and related infrastructure. Working directly with Business Owners, Information Technology, Software development, Quality Assurance, Information Security and the Project Management Office, this position will be responsible for ensuring assigned 3rd party applications meet all business needs and develop strategic plans to enhance, develop, secure and maintain the product, version upgrades and customized interfaces in a timely manner.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

    Application Administrator for the GLC Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution – OnBase, including but not limited to:

    Configure, develop, administer and support all components of the ECM solution and System (currently OnBase); create and maintain existing scripts and API integrations, imaging, capture, document/content management, workflows, ESM application solutions, and ECM Reporting.

    Assist Business Owners with the analysis assessment, evaluations, and forecast of all company ECM needs and activities including timing, estimation, data and technical requirements.

    Assist in the identification and development of ECM related standards, guidelines, and procedures.

    Work closely with Information Technology staff to ensure server administration and database maintenance for the ECM solution meets solution provider recommendations.

    Conduct, develop and maintain ECM training plans for supporting technology staff and Business Owners.

    Work with Business Owners to lead corporate efforts for developing and maintaining a 3 Year ECM strategic plan and supporting budget.

    Coordinate timely remediation of any audit or security findings.

    Work closely with Business Owner SME’s to provide needed support and prioritize requested enhancements and remediation requests.

    Work with Project Management and Business Teams to translate interface requirements into a well-defined project scope.

    Maintain and grow ECM solution specific certifications and knowledge based-base.

    Produce, direct development of and maintain all ECM technical and application documentation including workflows, support models, and user manuals.

    Produce detailed functional and integrated test scripts according to the accepted workflow.

    Test, deploy, and validate the interfaces to achieve project sign off from project stakeholders.

    Support go-live and post go-live deployments.

    Knowledge and hands-on experience in API management platforms and API related activities: requirement analysis, solution architecture and design, resource-based API modeling.

    Perform similar Application Administrator duties of ECM with other core technologies as assigned. Other core technologies could include but not limited to: Office 365; Great Plains; ServiceNow; Cloud intranet solution; Third party Saas solutions, etc.

    Assist in the professional development of team members as necessary to ensure adequate coverage of technical support and Business Owner SME’s.

    Provide top tier support as necessary when troubleshooting assistance is needed.

    Make recommendations for hardware and software purchases in areas of responsibility to ensure the continued effectiveness and stability of technology solutions.

    Some project management will also be required as upgrades and changes to corporate technologies are implemented.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required and five (5) or more years of experience in ECM using OnBase development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling seven (7) years. Knowledge, skills and ability include:

    Proven experience with Hyland OnBase Administration (OnBase Certified System Administration Preferred);

    Proven experience in managing ECM Workflows (OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator Preferred);

    Knowledge of current Microsoft programming and scripting languages, including but not limited to .NET;

    Knowledge of multiple web technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript, XML and XSLT;

    Expertise in Unity Scripts, Unity Forms;

    Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database management. Knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, data types, table structures, and database design principles;

    Prior hands-on experience with service based integrations (RESP, SOAP);

    Experience integrating third party software systems into an organization.

    Knowledge of network troubleshooting, production support fundamentals and techniques;

    Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform complex problem analysis;

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities;

    Extensive knowledge of system design and development concepts;

    Knowledge of project management principles and techniques sufficient to take lead on initiatives;

    Knowledge of Organizational business functions and work flows and processes;

    Ability to effectively organize time and anticipate, plan and successfully respond to changing circumstances.;

    Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to effectively present information and respond to questions from a wide variety of audiences, and reading comprehension skills sufficient to read and understand technical documents and printed materials;

    Interpersonal skills sufficient to exchange and/or convey information, receive work direction and maintain effective working relationships;

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
