BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner under Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking to hire an exceptional Partner (Clinic Director/Physical Therapist) to open a new location in Fort Thomas, KY. We are experts at building successful partnerships, and we do this by working closely with you to support expansion, gain market share and create greater access for patients and providers. You will have the satisfaction of developing and growing a clinic from the ground up, with the added support of Upstream Rehabilitation’s DENOVO/Partnership process!

Required Skills Required Experience

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates degree or combination of comparable education and experience
• Minimum two years’ experience; two years of relationship management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Experience with OSHA and Workers’ Compensation a plus
• EMS related experience a plus
• Must be able to drive a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments while prioritizing completion dates
• Ability to effectively communicate to staff, vendors and visitors
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
