TimeSaver Team Member - Dollywood's Splash Country - Seasonal
JOB SUMMARY
This position exists to create a guest experience that allows more family time and less wait time. This position provides support the Team Lead and Guest Services Manager. All to be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of The Dollywood Company.
SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction. Provide Guest excellence which exceeds expectations, answer questions, and provide park information.
Promote the value and use of TIMESAVER H2O to Guests in regular ride lines or other designated areas of the park ensuring the Device will benefit the Guest.
Effectively perform TIMESAVER H2O rental sales, POS functions, issue refunds, comps or exchanges per the TIMESAVER H2O guidelines.
Effectively facilitate Guests through reservation center and rides.
Effectively perform Device scanning process for ride admission for accuracy.
Retrieve daily online sales report and reserve Device.
Properly train to follow all centralized measuring guidelines set by Attractions.
Monitor show reservations and communicate show information to the Guest.
Clean and organize work area daily to present a professional appearance and use free time productively.
Ability to successfully train (sign-off) in any position on a selected ride on the TIMESAVER H2O system.
Maintain a dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules.
Give two week notice for requested days off and have all necessary schedule changes approved by my Team Lead.
Attend all required training and meetings.
Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Follow all safety standards to include reporting any violations of standards.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AND/OR ADD TO THESE DUTIES AT ANY TIME.

Ability to speak clearly in order to operate a two-way radio.
Able to smile and make eye contact to make a friendly impression when greeting guests, vendors, and other employees.
Able to have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.
Able to sit, stand and/or walk for long/short periods of time.
Able to maintain a good personal hygiene and report.
Able to get along with other employees to work out problems and resolve conflicts.
Able to comprehend instructions and retain information.
Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
Able to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on time.
Able to tolerate temperatures of 0 to 120 degrees.
Able to work outdoors.
Able to report to work without being under the influence of or smelling of alcohol.
Able to be subjected to periodic random drug screening as outlined by policy.
Able to lift 20 lbs.
Ability to tolerate detergents and chemicals.
Ability to properly wear personal protective equipment if/when required.
Able to push and/or pull.
Able to bend at the waist and knees for long periods of time.
Able to speak clearly in order to operate a two-way radio.
Able to climb steps and tolerate heights and high noise levels.
Ability to operate a fire extinguisher and train hosts on its proper use if necessary.
Ability to understand and apply basic math skills for use in budgets, schedules, and time sheets.
Ability to take initiative, self-supervising.
Ability to analyze and remember information.
