shape. You’ll cruise with a team that values dedication, and offers the

chair. You’ll discover this job is more than dressing up and saying
“Welcome aboard!” Hop aboard the Showboat Branson Belle on Table Rock
Lake located in Branson, MO. This two hour dinner cruise is geared
towards _Creating Memories Worth Repeating_® for our guests. As a
deckhand you will have a variety of duties such as taking tickets,
dispatching the boat, docking the boat, providing excellent guest
service, and maintaining the Showboat Branson Belle’s cleanliness. In
this position you may even climb in small, dimly lit areas to clean and
inspect deep within the 100 ton, coastguard regulated vessel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Punctuality and reliability an absolute must. Commits to long hours
of work when necessary to reach goals; safely completes tasks on
time
- Safely performs wide variety of custodial & mechanical maintenance
tasks to include: cleaning & stocking restrooms, scrubbing vessel
exterior and light repairs to vessel equipment
- Fully complies with all appropriate regulations of the Coast Guard,
Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Natural Resources, Missouri
Water Patrol and all other Federal, State and Local regulatory units
under which the vessel operates
- Daily use of computer based maintenance management software to
receive assignments and enter input upon completion
- Cooperates with restaurant, merchandise and entertainment
departments to ensure consistently safe and high quality
entertainment experience for all passengers
- Safely handles lines to move vessel and occasionally rig towing
lines
- Lowers and mans rescue boat in a safe and consistent manner in case
of emergencies and during assigned drills
- Helps with the boarding of passengers, tours decks during watch to
caution passengers engaged in unsafe practices, and ensures safe
departure of passengers at end of voyage
- Works well in group problem solving situations as a team player.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills
