    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Development of the logistics capabilities of the business to support QED strategies, business initiatives and goals.
    • Instrumental in acquisition of new branch locations and lease negotiation to support organizational growth.
    • Facilitate planning for the strategic and tactical direction for initiatives that improve customer service, product quality and processes while reducing overall costs.
    • Build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external customers, by providing exceptional customer service within a sales driven mode.
    • Collaborates with sales and purchasing departments to manage inventory flow and assess long and short-term demands based on forecasts, promotions, new product, etc. and their impacts on operations.
    • Operational ownership of areas such as: Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Distribution Strategy and Network, Freight Management and Supply Chain Quality Assurance Strategies.
    • Implement audit controls to ensure process compliance and standardized metrics for service, productivity and logistics cost reduction.
    • Ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT and any other applicable industry guidelines.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Supply Chain Management or Logistics and five to 10 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management or MS in Business Logistics a plus
    • Strong leadership skills including coaching, mentoring and listening

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY, WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • This position has supervisory responsibility.
    • This position works in a normal office environment as well as a warehouse environment, with standard office equipment.  Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. while working in the office.  The noise level in the warehouse environment is usually moderate and temperature can vary based on the season.

    SALARY RANGE: $133,500-162,500

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to work directly with the insurance company, healthcare provider, and patients
    • Ability to generate revenue with POS collections, establishing payment arrangements, along with collecting on all Self-Pay and/or high liability accounts at the point of registration. 
    • Legal Compliance knowledge and experience
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow up process  
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with patients, healthcare providers and insurance company
    • Excellent English reading, comprehension and written skills to include spelling skills and penmanship
    • Excellent Mathematical skills; ability to calculate copay or percentage of financial estimate amount due and/or establish payment arrangements accurately.
    • Strong computer skills to include typing 45+ wpm minimum and in MS office programs
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment at times of need and emergency situations
    • Bilingual preferred
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast and high pressure environment
    • Stringent adherence to all privacy policies and procedures and as required by state and federal law including and not limited to the HIPPA Security and Privacy Rules
