Greet and Engage – Warmly greet each child and family, creating a connection from the moment they enter the Kids Club area.

Individualized Care – Take time to understand each child’s needs upon check-in to ensure safety and comfort.

Positive Interaction – Relate to children, parents, and team members with warmth, friendliness, and a positive attitude.

Role Model and Mentor

Be a Positive Influence – Act as a role model by engaging with children in fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and growth.

Encourage Development – Use positive reinforcement to help children develop skills, confidence, and enthusiasm for learning and play.

Professional Appearance – Maintain a family-friendly, clean, and professional appearance, reflecting our club’s values.

Safety Advocate

Prioritize Safety and Well-Being – Ensure the care and safety of all children, providing attentive visual and auditory supervision.

Maintain a Secure Environment – Create a secure setting by adhering to safety protocols and attending to each child’s needs with compassion and care.

Vigilant Supervision – Constantly monitor all areas of the Kids Club, ensuring every child’s safety throughout their visit.

Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience with infants, toddlers, and young children is essential.

Personality: Enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable, with a natural affinity for children.

Attitude: Positive, with a strong team-player mindset and collaborative approach.

Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Education: High school diploma in progress or completed; GED is acceptable.

Certification: CPR certification is highly preferred.

Childcare Training: Background or coursework in childcare is a plus.

Traits: Patient, compassionate, and fun-loving.

Skills: Basic computer skills.

Stability: Consistent work or school history.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Passion: A genuine passion for fitness, health, and childcare.
