HR Specialist Life Time Fitness 1,647 reviews - Chanhassen, MN Position Summary Partners with Club Operations as first point of contact for all Human Resources services. Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time Fitness' Mission Statement. Responsibilities: * Serves as first point of contact for all issues related to Human Resources * Reviews, validates, audits employee status changes and new hire information * Works closely with club management on Human Resources related issues * Works with club management and team members to support operations * Reviews personnel actions to ensure policy compliance * Escalates policy violations and employee relations issues as needed * Reviews and approves requests from the club management, including verifying information is correct and team member employment information is maintained properly * Coordinates personnel actions with the Payroll team to ensure team members are paid correctly * Responds to team member messages and e-mails within 24 hours

• Ensures consistency of Human Resources policies & procedures * Informs management of any new issues or areas of concern * Recommends changes to HR policy and procedures as appropriate * Supports annual open enrollment process; makes presentations, follows up on delinquent enrollees, provides assistance to team members Qualifications Education:
