    C3 Presents- Production Intern Job Summary: *This is an unpaid internship that is for college credit only. The Role: This exciting position offers the selected individual the opportunity to learn about and contribute to producing various live experiences within C3s festival portfolio such as Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits Music Festival, and many more. You will work as part of the Production Department, with a focus on Guest Services, Site Operations, and Festival Management. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Assisting with festival and event advances for vendors and internal staff with spreadsheets and updates. * Assisting the Festival Management team with communicating, planning, and executing information to all departments and team members. * Creating, updating, and maintaining event related documents such as: build schedules, contact sheets, staff manuals, safety plans, site maps, etc. * Assisting Festival Management in applying for and updating event and festival related permits for venues, parks, cities, street closures, etc. * Preparing onsite assets such as parking passes, credential packets, staff uniforms, etc. * Maintaining, organizing, and reconciling pre and post-festival settlements such as: expenses, receipts and per diems. * Assisting with Guest Services event staff advance, scheduling assignments, communication, training, and payroll administration. * Assisting with implementation of the lost & found program. Managing post-event found item pick up operation. Matching and reuniting guests with found items for up to 30 days following an event. Managing correspondence and responding to inquiries sent to C3 festivals various lost & found e-mail accounts. Responsibly donating or disposing of unclaimed items. * Monitoring and responding to all Guest Services email accounts. * Monitoring the Guest Services inventory of supplies. Ordering and tracking the replenishment of supplies, as directed. * Assisting the Guest Services Coordinator with various programs, including CARES, Divert It!, and Bike Sharing, providing direction to organizations and staff in advance of the event. * Act as an advocate for our sustainability initiatives. * Researching various Guest Services programs and initiatives across the festival and event industries and contributing ideas for possible future program content inclusion. * Developing and executing research projects, including but not limited to presenting a Guest Services Plan for an upcoming festival. * Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: * Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's/Masters program at an accredited college or university * Must be 18 years or older and have sophomore standing or above * Commit to a maximum of 20 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis * Able to receive academic credit from their college or university prior to starting assignment Your Ticket In!
