Responsibilities:

Support Creative Innovation

• Explore how emerging technologies can enhance the creative development process. Assist in identifying tools and workflows that streamline design, personalize messaging, and elevate brand storytelling across campaigns.

**Channel & Platform Exploration **

• Conduct research and provide insights into new and evolving media channels. Help assess the potential of platforms like TikTok, audio streaming, and other emerging formats to reach and engage target audiences. Collaborate on pilot programs and test-and-learn initiatives.

**Trend Monitoring & Strategic Insights **

• Stay on the pulse of media, consumer, and cultural trends. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations that inform campaign strategy, audience targeting, and content development.

**Performance & Optimization Support **

• Assist in tracking campaign performance across channels. Help identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.

• Ability to demonstrate clear and articulate communication when speaking to internal and external stakeholders as well as vendors
• Capability to thrive in a high-pressure environment by staying organized, calm, and focused while efficiently multi-tasking and working at a fast pace

Program Overview

• Paid Winter Internship
• Open to college sophomores, juniors, seniors
• Relevant major or previous internship experience with interest in long term employment with us preferred
• 20-40 hours per week (based on project scope)
• Duration January – March (8 weeks) (Exact dates may vary depending on student availability and location)

Pay Transparency: $16.50/hr
