We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Member Services Representative to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Member Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our members, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will play a vital role in maintaining positive member relationships and promoting member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional support to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist members with account-related issues, including billing inquiries, membership status, and product/service questions.
- Process new member registrations, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve member concerns and improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of member interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Educate members about available services, resources, and benefits.
- Identify opportunities to enhance member experiences and suggest improvements to processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay informed about company policies, products, and industry trends.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to promote member engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or member support roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
