Responsibilities: • Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks • Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio • Provide excellent customer service to resolve the problems of members in an impartial and professional way • Maintain long-term clientele and grow the studio's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service • Generate leads by various methods including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email, and talking with prospects at local events and studio walk-ins • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during club walk-ins • Greet members and guests at the club, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various tasks • Maintain long-term clientele and grow the club's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service • Supervise and manage club-wide and external promotion campaigns • Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required • At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred • High school diploma, GED or equivalent • Possess excellent computer skills, especially MS Office - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
