Children's Area Associate - 009000 Mount Carmel Fitness Center - Lewis Center, OH Part-time The purpose of the Childrens Area Associate is to provide child care in a safe, caring, secure and effective manner with age appropriate interactions and play activities and experiences for the children within the determined age range. Qualifications: 1. High School diploma or GED preferred. 2. 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred. 3. Minimum 6 months related experience or training preferred. 4. CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire. 5. Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive, service based manner. 6. Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor. 7.
