About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness in Salinas, CA, as an Overnight Custodian! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our members during the night hours, ensuring they have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of gym equipment and facilities.

Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

Restock supplies such as towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.

Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Ensure all areas are presentable and meet health and safety standards.

Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks.

Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Flexible schedule with availability to work overnight shifts (Mon.-Thurs. 10pm-6am).

Must be reliable and punctual.
