    Pace Gallery is a leading international art gallery representing some of the most influential contemporary artists and estates from the past century. Today, Pace has nine locations worldwide including London, Geneva, a strong foothold in Palo Alto and two galleries in New York. Pace was one of the first international galleries to establish outposts in Asia where it operates permanent spaces in Hong Kong and Seoul.Our Summer Internship Program will provide college undergraduate, graduate or postsecondary education students with the opportunity to gain hands on experience and interactive learning opportunities within our dynamic gallery. Interns will be paired with a mentor in their business area of interest. Pace Gallery’s Summer Internship opportunities are as follows:Inventory Intern:The Inventory Intern is responsible for supporting the Art Resources Team in all activities related to scanning and reconciling physical inventory at Pace’s gallery, warehouse and external storage facilities in New York and New Jersey. The Inventory Intern plays a critical role in the process of accounting for and updating artwork locations, working closely with the Registrar and Art Resources Team to identify and resolve location discrepancies and update internal records.Sales Intern:The Sales Intern is responsible for generally supporting the sales office with administrative tasks. The intern will assist with preparing sales and client materials and upcoming exhibition preparation. Day-to-day tasks will include sending out mail/packages, preparing viewing rooms for clients, creating PDF offers and updating internal database information.Imaging Intern:The Imaging Intern will participate in coordinating and producing images and videos of artworks, installations and other gallery activities. They will contribute to the maintenance of digital assets by receiving, inspecting and processing files using the gallery’s digital collections and asset management systems. The imaging intern will assist the imaging team with daily operations as needed according to individual existing skills and interests.Public Relations Intern:The Public Relations intern will support the PR team with the following projects: media contact research, media list organization support to streamline Pace’s database, clipping and archiving of coverage PDFs and organizing the press archive for our artists. They will update artist clip-books to showcase recent notable press and develop corporate clip-books featuring major recent news. The Public Relations intern will have the opportunity to support at any in-person press reviews for the summer shows.Design Intern:The Design Intern will work within the Design and Marketing teams to support creation of promotional assets, as well as exhibition signage and other tasks as needed. Projects will range from digital invites and advertisements to exhibition signage. They will also assist with print production as needed.Research & Archives Intern:The Research & Archives Intern will assist with exhibition research chronologies and fill in missing data while also updating exhibition archives by creating records and linking corresponding files.
