POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to manage Peacock Gap Golf Club’s outside golf operations. The Cart Staff employee will work closely with the Golf Services Manager to ensure a smooth transition for customers around the facility. Primary responsibilities include excellent customer service, efficiency of car loading, car cleanliness and staging, storing, Driving Range management and cleanliness of the overall facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years experience preferred in any fashion of the golf industry; private facility a plus.

Working knowledge of golf course operations and practices.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.

Must enjoy working with and interacting with the public and other employees.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must display ability to be a self-starter.

Must be a team player with a positive, energetic attitude.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must have a valid California Drivers License.

Must have reliable transportation.

High school diploma or GED.
