An individual could be successful if they possess the following. Your daily responsibilities include Must be able to attend class for approximately 6 weeks. Starting will October 9th. School is form Tuesday through Saturday, 3:30pm to 6:30pm or 6:30pm to 9:30pm candidates will have the option to commit to attending either session . Acceptance into Poker Dealer school does not guarantee you a position with Table Games. You must successfully complete the training and pass an audition. Students will be rated on the following criteria: Attitude, Game Knowledge and Dealing Ability To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set High school diploma or equivalent Must successfully complete dealer training Must be able to successfully complete an audition displaying adequate dealing skills Must be fast and accurate in handling cash Six months experience in customer service field preferred Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money Must possess excellent interpersonal skills Something to leave you with Penn National Gaming is more than you may realize.
