We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager in Training. Qualifications/Requirements
Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
Superior customer service skills and an ability to teach these skills - Friendly, Positive, Talkative
Some management experience with ability to coach and modivate
Ability to spot talent and train staff effectively and efficiently
Spanish speaking a plus
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff follows superior customer service guidelines.
Maintain a spotless facility for our members to enjoy.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff consisting of an Assistant Manager, Team Leads, Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians.
Manage Staff
Create schedule and oversee staff
Member service oversight - Ensuring staff is providing a superior customer experience at all times.
Resolve employee issues or concerns.
Oversee all front desk related activities including:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Check members into the system.
New member sign-up.
Take prospective members on tours.
Facilitate all member requests, issues and questions.
Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
Responsible for ordering of supplies using specific budget based on club requirements.
Responsible for tracking statistics and reports (weekly, monthly, and annually).
Backup support for any employee who is absent.
Physical Demands
Continual standing and walking during shift.
Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
