    As a Regional Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that you are:

    Ensuring that each club in your region is offering the best customer experience for our members.

    Manage assigned region with varying club count from 8-12 locations/clubs and their employees.

    Leading by example and encouraging greatness!

    Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing management team in each club in the region.

    Properly, timely, accurately and systematically oversee and direct, coach and follow up with the management team in the clubs to ensure optimal financial results.

    Identify operational and financial deficiencies in each club in the region. In conjunction with the management team in the club, develop a plan, ensure proper implementation of the plan, and follow up on any and all operational and financial deficiencies in the club, ensuring optimal financial growth and profitability.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Must be able to work in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas

    Multi-unit experience required.

    Travel throughout region to meet club visit expectations and ensure effective operations and club standards are met.

    Able to work, and be on call, during clubs’ peak business hours which includes mornings, evenings.

    Periodic overnight and weekend visits and availability for specific events such as company meetings is required.

    Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!

    Superior customer service and management skills and experience.

    Superior supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills, including strong problem resolution skills.

    Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

    Current CPR Certification required (or within 30 days of hire).

    High school diploma/GED equivalent required.

    Must be 18 year of age or older.
