Responsibilities include:
- Receive guests and establish a pleasant rapport by greeting them warmly and addressing their inquiries in a timely, courteous and professional manner, and responding to inquiries over the phone.
- Report issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances and/or equipment to the Office Manager for quick repair in order to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction
Responsible for the general tidiness and cleanliness of the front lobby, conference rooms, kitchen areas and work room including but not limited to completion of the following:
- Tidying up lobby conference rooms and aligning chairs after every meeting;
- Setup cleanup of the lobby and conference rooms for internal office lunches/gatherings.
- Monitor supplies in kitchen areas and work room and notify the Office Manager of replenishment needs.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects from other departments as needed.
- Provide support for special events preparations and/or meetings as needed.
- Desire to maintain a high level of hospitality standards for the lobby and public area.
