  • Responsibilities

    This is a terrific opportunity for an industrious individual, eager to learn more about office administration and get hands-on experience in a wide array of initiatives.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Receive guests and establish a pleasant rapport by greeting them warmly and addressing their inquiries in a timely, courteous and professional manner, and responding to inquiries over the phone.
    • Report issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances and/or equipment to the Office Manager for quick repair in order to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction

    Responsible for the general tidiness and cleanliness of the front lobby, conference rooms, kitchen areas and work room including but not limited to completion of the following:

    • Tidying up lobby conference rooms and aligning chairs after every meeting;
    • Setup cleanup of the lobby and conference rooms for internal office lunches/gatherings.
    • Monitor supplies in kitchen areas and work room and notify the Office Manager of replenishment needs.
    • Assist with miscellaneous projects from other departments as needed.
    • Provide support for special events preparations and/or meetings as needed.
    • Desire to maintain a high level of hospitality standards for the lobby and public area.

  • Qualifications
    • Qualified candidates will offer an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 to 3 years relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
    • The ideal candidate will have experienced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and some experience with AV systems is ideal.
    • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work in both a collaborative environment and independently on some projects at once while providing frequent status updates to the HR Director and Office Manager.
