    About the Role & Program

    At Walt Disney World, creating magic for our Guests starts long before they arrive. As a Revenue Management Intern on the Resorts Yield Team, you will help support the strategies that drive demand, optimize occupancy, and maximize revenue across one of the world's most complex resort portfolios.

    As part of the Revenue Management & Analytics organization, you will work alongside experienced analysts and business leaders while gaining exposure to forecasting, yield management, data analytics, and business optimization. You'll analyze trends, explore opportunities, and help uncover insights that influence strategic decisions across Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

    What You Will Do

    As a Revenue Management Intern on the Resorts Yield Team, you will be part of an analytically driven organization that helps optimize demand, occupancy, and revenue across Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Working alongside experienced Revenue Management professionals, you will gain exposure to forecasting, yield management, data analytics, and business strategy while helping drive meaningful business outcomes and exceptional Guest experiences.

    • Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, and business performance to identify opportunities that support resort revenue and occupancy goals
    • Assist in evaluating and supporting yield management strategies across Walt Disney World Resort hotels
    • Leverage data visualization and reporting tools to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights for business partners
    • Collaborate with partners across Pricing, Forecasting, Central Inventory Management, Resort Operations, Disney Vacation Club, and other teams to understand how revenue strategies are developed and executed
    • Build presentations that communicate business performance, key findings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
    • Explore innovative analytical approaches, technologies, and processes that enhance decision-making and improve business results
    • Learn from and collaborate with experienced Revenue Management professionals while developing technical, analytical, and business acumen skills

    Required Qualifications

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
    • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Creative problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
    • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results and understanding business impacts

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of revenue management concepts
    • Proven experience with programming languages (Python, R, etc)
    • Familiarity with business or programming applications of AI beyond LLMs
    • Knowledge of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings

    Education

    • Junior or Senior year preferred
    • Major or previous coursework in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative major preferred

    Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

    Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

    • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
    • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Possess unrestricted work authorization

    Additional Information

    • This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 through June 2027.
    • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
    • Fully available Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
    • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, FL area
    • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
    • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

    The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $31.00 per hour.
