    THE OPPORTUNITY

    We are currently seeking a Sr. Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst to perform the following responsibilities. 

     

    • Undertake general analysis to improve costs and process efficiencies; measure performance and patterns; understand cost vs. benefit; and understand ramifications of changes on other areas of the business.
    • Play a key role in facilitating and supporting the delivery of projects
    • Provide analysis and guidance to support process improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain planning and logistics functions
    • Both support and facilitate Supply Chain planning, execution and logistics improvement projects and initiatives
    • Document processes at various levels
    • Provide and refine tools to check data quality
    • Provide backfill support were deemed necessary to maintain critical business processing, reporting or project progress
    • Be an integral member of a cross-functional team assisting both internal and external customers with analysis of Supply Chain related data to develop and enhance all aspects of the supply chain process

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS in Supply Chain or equivalent in experience preferred
    • Must be able to travel 40% 
    • Experience in a distribution business preferred
    • Experience across multiple business disciplines within an organization will be highly regarded
    • Understanding of planning & logistics frameworks
    • Demonstrated skills in MS Access and Excel for the purpose of data analysis and designing queries for reporting
    • Proven communication and presentation skills
    • Understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems – experience preferred
