    OVERVIEW

    The Human Resources Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide day to day administrative support for all HR processes, including the new hire, job change, and termination processes

    • Perform accurate data entry for various HRIS databases and spreadsheets, including Workday, Google sheets, and more

    • Maintain department email and voicemail inboxes, and respond to and direct inquiries as needed

    • Interact with and assist team members during HR office hours

    • File and maintain confidential employee files and records

    • Track and audit uniform deliveries, orders, and invoices (Cintas and internal)

    • Prepare and post company wide memos

    • Assist with other general administrative tasks, such as scheduling travel or company wide meetings

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred

    • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred

    • Exceptional confidentiality and discretion

    • Above average organization skills and ability to thrive in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong attention to detail

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to remain seated for 8+ hours.

    • Must be able to frequently rise to stand and walk.

    • Ability to lift files and open filing cabinets.

    • Reach with hands and arms.

    • Able to climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

    • Able to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, wrist.

    • The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp/manipulate objects.
