What we are looking for:

We are looking for an entry level, full-time Sales Associate/Agent in Training to support agents in the International and Corporate markets in our Newton office. After two years, this may lead to a position in sales.

What you will do:

As a member of the sales team, you will contribute to the growth of our company and help us achieve our goals. Your exceptional organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities will be used as you support agents who are booking events around the world. This is an opportunity to work closely with a talented leadership team that genuinely wants you to succeed and understand how the business operates to improve your capabilities in a professional setting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Passion for the entertainment industry
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A good phone manner and ability to make cold calls
• Experience working within customer databases is helpful, but not required
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and take initiative when juggling multiple tasks
• Solid typing and computer skills, with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Above all, a strong worth ethic and the desire to learn and grow professionally
