Job Purpose: To provide guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment.

Education and/or Experience • High school diploma or GED • Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred • Working knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices • Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office. • Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration • Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations • Ability to implement and uphold service standards • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations • Team Player: Works well as a member of a group • Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well • Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity

Job Tasks/Duties • Provides guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment • Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed • Keeps sanitation solution up to company codes at all times • Sets up dish machine and closes down machine according to Club procedures • Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine • Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware and pot/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures and cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift • Places clean plate ware, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans in specified shelves according to sanitation and cleaning procedures • Keeps dish areas clean by sweeping, mopping floors, wiping countertops, and emptying trash • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes corrective action necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken • Performs shift change and/or closing duties and completes assigned prep work • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective matter in accordance with established Club policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position • Performs any other assigned duties by management

Physical Requirements Must have the ability to perform physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an incumbent to successfully perform the essential functions of this job - push, pull, and lift up to 100lbs.
