    Marketing Specialist, Brand and In-Park Revenue SeaWorld San Diego Basic Job Functions Develops, produces and oversees all aspects of the SeaWorld & Aquatica San Diego brand asset development for Marketing, Sales and other in-park revenue generating departments. Plus, develops plans, optimization, insight and recommendations to help drive in-park revenue. Enthusiastically represents SeaWorld by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job. Principle Duties Brand: Manages the creative, production and expenses a large volume of brand assets for marketing and sales campaigns, including collateral, signage, email, web content and other paid and non-paid campaigns Confirms all projects follow brand equity guidelines to ensure brand integrity and consistent campaign and brand communication Manages project-specific vendor and agency relationships, budgets and timelines Supports content management execution for web, mobile, ecommerce and social media channels. Ensures project timelines are met and kept within desired budget Proactively identifies campaign/project implications and opportunities Actively seeks solutions to challenges encountered during process/work flow Maintains strategic brand awareness on in-market competition and keep up-to-date summary In-Park Revenue: Develops in-park revenue marketing plans in collaboration with revenue departments such as Culinary, Merchandise, Operations and Zoo. Updates quarterly and monthly action plans to support driving revenue. Provides in-park revenue optimization, insight and recommendations to help drive in-park revenue Works with digital marketing team to optimize in-park revenue per caps and advance sales through website and digital channels. Works with social media team to promote in-park revenue programs. Reviews revenue reports and suggest supplemental tactics and contingency plans to keep revenue channels in line with planned goals. Makes recommendations to revenue teams based on guest feedback, sales, and other consumer insights. Develops collateral, assets, content and other supporting materials to market revenue programs. Works with Sales and Marketing teams to include in-park revenue programs where applicable. Works with product development to create bundled products that include in-park revenue. Participates in planning meetings with revenue teams. Benchmarks other parks both inside and outside of the company to develop best practices to market in-park revenue. Required Skills, Knowledge, Education and Training Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field (or equivalent job experience) Must have at least 3-5 years Brand Development/Management, Advertising or Project Management experience Must have experience with project management, owning the full creative process planning, development, production and execution -- handles multiple priorities through strong organization and time management skills Must have experience partnering with cross-functional teams producing creative work in a timely manner within budget provided Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Must be able flexible to change and perform well under pressure Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to covey thoughts clearly Ability to analyze weekly in-park revenue reports and provide insight and recommendations for driving revenue Must be able to understand strategy and use critical and creative thinking to achieve the desired outcome and quickly shift gears as needed May perform other duties as assigned Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in Adobe products a plus May perform other duties as assigned Agency experience preferred Spanish/Bilingual preferred Availability Requirements Must have 5 days of unrestricted availability Monday - Friday, to include weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evenings.
