    The RECEPTIONIST will be the first point of contact for patients, families, clergy and other guests at PIH Health Hospital Whittier and PIH Health Hospital Downey.  The Reception Desk staff will excel in customer service, greeting each guest in a warm and professional manner.  The responsibilities will be to greet and direct every person entering the facility to facilitate their needs while maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

    • Adapts well to change

    Required Experience

    • Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., additional college courses and applicable workshops preferred
    • Experience in customer service preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Mandarin is preferred
