THIS IS A FULL TIME SUMMER POSITION FROM MAY TO AUGUST. THIS POSITION IS ONLY FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR FIRST YEAR OF COLLEGE.
SUMMARY: The Attractions Intern is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of all the aspects of Guest Services and Attractions Operations department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a Front Line Host and P.I.C. (Person in Charge) at Guest Services and Attractions operations.
- Participate in Safety meetings.
- Participate in Team Leader meetings.
- Learn scheduling procedures.
- Learn time keeping procedures.
- Learn performance review procedures.
- Assist with written communications.
- Assist with creating and implementing improvements in safety, guest excellence, profit contribution and job satisfaction.
- Assist with Guest Services and Attractions’ team projects including surveys, appreciation events, team outings and company events.
- Assist Guest Services and Attractions Supervisors with various tasks.
- Complete one project benefiting at least one Guest Services and Attractions area as determined by management.

Required Experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college degree program in a related field. Must have basic computer skills with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have a valid Driver’s License.
