Located in the Miami Call Center. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in determining eligibility for public assistance programs (ACCESS Programs). DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for reviewing reported changes, conducting silent monitoring, error-prone and complex cases, providing ongoing technical assistance and conduct in-service training to Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist I EXAMPLES OF WORK Reviews the work product of Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist I to ensure that policy and procedures have been correctly applied and clients receive the amount of benefits they are entitled. Identifies error trends, prepare and conducts training, coaching and mentoring sessions. Develops monitoring, compliance reviews, and /or quality assurance techniques for measuring the quality of service deliver to insure maximum efficiency. Identifies improvements and adjustments that are needed to insure program effectiveness and efficiency. Conducts reported changes review and silent monitoring and coach new employees while they process reported changes and answer client inquiries. Perform other related duties.
