JOB SUMMARY:This is a Revenue Specialist III - Customer Service Representative position in the Department of Revenues Child Support Program Customer Service Delivery Team in Jacksonville. This role requires knowledge of multiple child support processes to complete activities associated with serving Child Support customers. The incumbent will respond to multiple lobby queues based on customer inquiries from citizens without a case, parents due support and parents who owe support, collect and review documents pertaining to child support cases or activities to ensure they are accurate and log customers into the Child Support system and update the system while conducting face-to-face interviews. They will also directly handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns, assess cases, review supporting documentation and make decisions. Contact business partners to confirm and gather information and review and update critical data fields. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: -Experience processing information using a computer system. -Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.* -Two years of experience communicating with customers to resolve inquiries.* -High School Diploma or equivalent.
