and Adventures Overview Supervisor: Christine Baker or Tom Marshall;
Mountain Sports Supervisors Availalbe Shifts: Student must commit to
working 22 days during the winter season Wage Information: $8.30/hr or
dependent on experience The goal of this program is to develop
leadership and instructional skill in high school students. * Hired as
employees that assist instructors with our Mini Camp and Small Fry Try
morning sessions * Attend training or shadow upper level lessons in the
afternoon * Receive Big Sky employee season pass and will refund cost of
pass if purchased prior to being hired Qualifications * 16 years of age
and a high school student at time of hiring * Honor roll student and no
disciplinary record for the past year at school or on Boyne property *
Advanced skiing and/or snowboarding skills * Passionate about mountain
sports * Positive can do attitude * Ability to succeed within an
exceptional Guest Service Culture * Most importantly student must really
want to do this!
