    Summary

    You are the face of the Texas Family Fitness Corporate Office in the heart of Addison, TX! This position is ultimately responsible for supporting the Corporate office staff, our Corporate office visitors, and our club members. You will be responsible for receptionist duties, such as answering the Texas Family Fitness main number, transferring calls, relaying messages, answering, and resolving general customer service inquiries, and administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned. Energy, Enthusiasm, and Professionalism are an absolute requirement for this dynamic position!

    Customer Service

    Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations! Greet every caller and visitor promptly and professionally, with courtesy and friendliness. Handle customer concerns with a high level of character, patience, and integrity.

    Administrative

    Maintain confidentiality. Duties consist of but are not limited to; setting up and maintaining files, databases, and records which may contain confidential information. Data entry, sorting and distributing interoffice mail and mail to our clubs, handling office documents, scanning, emailing, and copying documents. Assist with creating reports, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed. Provide general office support to Corporate staff.

    Reception

    Promptly answer incoming calls and greet every caller and visitor professionally, with courtesy, respect, and friendliness. Ensure the receptionist desk is never left unattended. Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Ensure the lobby and conference room remains clean, neat, and organized.

    Requirements

    Punctuality and dependability required

    Prior customer service experience required

    Personable, enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality

    Positive attitude and collaborative team player

    Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

    Computer proficiency with MS Office required

    Must have the desire and ability to learn quickly and adapt to multiple requests

    Must be self-motivated and can successfully work independently

    Excellent oral and written communication skills required
