Texas Family Fitness is looking for a Vice President of Fitness. As Vice President, you must be a strong leader and mentor, have proven ability to exceed goals and have the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, growing environment. Department Purpose: Persuade and Educate our members and guests to embrace the benefits of the fitness lifestyle.
Essential Purpose: Leading, Driving and Supporting the club leaders to maximize the potential of each location in Personal Training, Group Training, financial success, employee experience and member satisfaction.
Priorities:
Recruit, develop and coach Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers
Maximize the company fitness metrics and KPI’s
Develop a system-dependent, talent-enhanced culture
Change course and direction as needed
Measurements of Success:
Develop a strong Fitness Manager team
Maximization of Fitness Department Drivers
Client Acquisition
Client Retention
dotFIT/Client
Delivering on Client expectations and satisfaction
Requirements of position:
At least 3 years of multi-unit management, including P&L responsibility
Leader Led/Extreme Ownership mentality
Able to work and coach through a fast-moving, growing company
Willing to work in a team environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong balance between sales, science and service
Ability to drive the details while leading the team
Flexible schedule with ability to work long hours, weekend hours and holidays as needed
Able to take initiative
Strong computer skillset and experience working with CRM software
Strong phone etiquette
