    The BUSINESS SERVICES SUPERVISOR is primarily responsible for training, auditing and coordinating account follow-up activity and assisting with the coordination of all data entry, payment posting and clerical staff activities related to the PIH Health Physicians revenue cycle activities.

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under deadlines 
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills

    Required Experience

    REQUIRED:

    • Formal training will be indicated by a High School Diploma or equivalent
    • One (1) year previous supervisory experience
    • Complete knowledge of all facets of insurance billing and Business Office functions.
    • Minimum of 3 years billing experience, preferably with experience in electronic documentation, claims and remittance.
