  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Attractions Intern is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the Admissions and Attractions Operations department.

    SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve as a Front Line Host and Assistant Team Lead at ride, parking and front gate operations.
    • Participate in safety meetings.
    • Participate in Team Leader meetings.
    • Learn scheduling procedures.
    • Learn time keeping procedures.
    • Learn performance review procedures.
    • Assist with written communications.
    • Assist with creating and implementing improvements in safety, guest excellence, profit contribution and job satisfaction.
    • Assist with Admissions &  Attractions’ team projects including surveys, appreciation events, team outings and company party.
    • Assist Admissions & Attractions Supervisors with various tasks.
    • Complete one project benefiting at least one Admissions & Attractions area as determined by management.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Must be enrolled in an accredited college degree program in a related field.
    • Must have basic computer skills with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
    • Valid driver’s license and proof of personal liability insurance according to state law.
