JOB SUMMARY:
The Attractions Intern is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the Admissions and Attractions Operations department.
SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a Front Line Host and Assistant Team Lead at ride, parking and front gate operations.
- Participate in safety meetings.
- Participate in Team Leader meetings.
- Learn scheduling procedures.
- Learn time keeping procedures.
- Learn performance review procedures.
- Assist with written communications.
- Assist with creating and implementing improvements in safety, guest excellence, profit contribution and job satisfaction.
- Assist with Admissions & Attractions’ team projects including surveys, appreciation events, team outings and company party.
- Assist Admissions & Attractions Supervisors with various tasks.
- Complete one project benefiting at least one Admissions & Attractions area as determined by management.

Required Experience
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college degree program in a related field.
- Must have basic computer skills with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of personal liability insurance according to state law.
