Clinical Nurse RN W/E Alt - NICU - Health Science District (6:45pm - 7:15am)
MISSION:
The Salesforce Developer will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. This position will be responsible for no-code and code-based solutions within Salesforce involving data migrations, systems integrations and 3rd party applications. The Salesforce Developer position will work closely with the Salesforce administrator and Business Analysts to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies to build customized solutions
Build, improve and optimize the performance and architecture of very complex software systems built on the Heroku platform
Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
Bring new solutions and ideas to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
Work on data modeling on salesforce platform, and design LWC controls on Salesforce
Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained
Collaborate with internal and external architects to ensure technical solution designs adhere to architectural strategies of the team.
Communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as DocuSign, Conga, SAP,
