HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Set up, adjust and operate high-speed multi-color Flexographic printing press. Duties include: mounting/demounting printing press plates to sleeves and cylinders, adjusting ink to meet printing standards, correcting paperwork for each assigned job and press. Understand and align business operations through execution of the role, exceeding customer expectations and aligning with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.

• 12 Hour shifts working alternately (36) and (48) hour weeks. A/B shifts work from 7 am to 7 pm. C/D shifts work from 7 pm to 7 am. • Performing essential functions of the job: standing for long periods, push/pull depending on job (heavy carts ^1900 pounds – 2 man job), Lifting up to 100 lbs. to a height of 3 ft. (2-person job), twisting, turning, bending, and working in hot and cold environments

EDUCATION PREFERRED:

• High School Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 18 years or older. • 2+ years working in a manufacturing environment • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Must have the skills necessary to perform technical tasks. • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. • Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation. • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. • Able to follow verbal or written instructions. • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; positive team-based approach to leading. • Visual acuity to recognize distinct color

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 6 months – 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Previous photography experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and proactive individual
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to work weekends and holidays with occasional evenings
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Allergies related to animals or plants, which might interfere with ability to work, must be controlled by medications or protective equipment.
• Ability to remain on feet for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend and stoop, walk long distances
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
