    Summary

    The Clinical Supervisor is a critically important role on the treatment team who works to ensure staff have the supervision, training, and clinical direction needed to provide high-quality care to our patients. The Clinical Supervisor offers supervision and training to the staff and works collaboratively with the Psychiatrists and Therapists to help patients reach their full potential for health and well-being.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervising and working directly with Behavior Specialists and therapists providing CBT-related treatment (e.g., behavioral activation, exposure-based CBT for anxiety, DBT-informed skills groups)
    • Supporting the development and maintenance of the interdisciplinary plan of care and documentation.
    • Conducting formal training within Eating Disorder Adolescents to clinical team to make sure best practices are being followed
    • Promoting a culture of outcome-based assessment and utilization of proven outcomes to drive care
    • Assessing and maintaining quality of documented interventions, including patient care plan, according to organization standards and standard work

    Requirements:

    • PhD or Psy D in Behavioral sciences is required
    • Psychologist license or license eligible within one year of employment
    • 2+ years’ experience with Cognitive Based Therapy(CBT)-related treatment for adolescent eating disorder preferred
    • Experience developing a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
    • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
    • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption

    Shift:

    M-F 8:00 – 4:30pm, flexible with start times

    No Weekends or Holidays!
