  • Responsibilities
    1. Lead development teams in the design and implementation of
    • .NET (ASP and MVC) components, application program interfaces and rich web user interfaces.
    • Highly scalable server components in multiple web applications.
    • Integration efforts using XML, JSON, etc.
    • Omni Channel Customer Experiences leveraging web based and mobile technologies like JavaScript, JQuery, etc.
    1. Lead the Development of professional enterprise caliber software products delivering real end user value and efficiencies for our associates
    2. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of our development methods including metric definition, quality processes and our software development practice in general.
    3. For all activities, ensuring high adoption rates and a high degree of user satisfaction are key.
    4. Continuously coach, mentor and develop the member of the team

    Required Skills

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • 7+ years of agile development team leadership
    • Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and Development
    • Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner
    • Previous experience with deep hands on development capability to better coach the teams

    PERSONAL/INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

    • Strong drive to serve the end user with world class software.
    • Ability to thrive in a highly agile, collaborative, and distributed team environment.
    • Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems practically.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Can do attitude and approach.

    Required Experience

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or engineering related discipline.
