Able to tolerate temperatures of 0 to 140 degrees.
Able to work outdoors.
Able to perform tasks requiring continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, lifting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying, moving objects, and climbing short ladders.
Able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
Able to withstand exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Able to properly use vacuum and a variety of cleaning solutions.
Able to drive a car or truck.
