JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for working with the Operations Management team in the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the Operations including the following: Admissions, Attractions, and Transportation/Parking. This is to be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of the Dollywood Company.
SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Front Line duties as needed including, but not limited to: Ticketing Host, Attractions Host, Transportation/Parking Host, etc.
- Participate in Safety, Management, and Team Lead meetings.
- Learn scheduling procedures and applicable State/Federal regulations.
- Learn time keeping procedures and accompanying Human Resources policies.
- Learn performance review procedures.
- Assist with written communications; including the development of new communication methods.
- Assist with creating and implementing improvements in safety, guest excellence, profit contribution and job satisfaction.
- Assist with Operations team projects including surveys, appreciation events, team outings and company parties.
- Assist Operations Management team with various tasks.
- Completing a minimum of one project benefitting the focus area as determined by Management.
- Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time.

Required Experience
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college degree program in a related field.
- Must have basic computer skills with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Able to type at least 35 wpm.
- Ability to obtain Valid TN driver’s license and proof of personal liability insurance according to state law.
