THIS PART-TIME SEASONAL POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GUESTS' TRANSPORT THROUGHOUT STONE MOUNTAIN PARK. DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect.
- Operate the shuttle in respect to applicable safety policies and laws and operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of shuttles.
- Complete daily safety checks before the vehicle can be put into service.
- Provide guests with accurate Park and attraction information.
- Assist with loading and unloading of passengers as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must read, write, and speak the English language.
- MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.
- Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers.
- Must develop a working knowledge of Stone Mountain Park.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers.
- Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work with strong cleaning chemical.
- Must be able to frequently stand, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to work outside.
Required Experience
- MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN A VALID CLASS "A" OR "B" CDL DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH "P" ENDORSEMENT REQUIRED
- MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF CDL DRIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (D.O.T.) MEDICAL CARD.
