SUMMARY:
Rogers is looking for a Clinical Research Associate to analyze large data sets on multiple projects located at our Research Facility in Oconomowoc WI. The Clinical Research Associate will have the opportunity to contribute to authoring publications, grants, and the design of research studies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree preferred
Bachelor's Degree in scientific field, nursing or allied field, bioinformatics, public health with biostatistics or epidemiology scientific field, or related field is required
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the conduct of research, including clinical, basic science or health outcomes research during a following the completion of degree program
Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and procedure
Experience with R, SAS 9.4, or SPSS

Required Skills Required Experience
1.Bachelor’s Degree in scientific field, public health or related field
2.3 years of experience in the conduct of research, including clinical, basic science or health outcomes research
3.Ability to understand and communicate research protocol requirements to others.
4.Basic understanding of federal regulations applying to the conduct of human subjects research.
5.Basic understanding of mental health treatment services, or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn.
6.Exceptional written communication skills, phrasing, editing and organizing technical documents.
7.Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
8.Prior experience in developing training materials and instructing professionals and researchers in policy and procedure.
9.Computer proficiency required.
