    BEGINS NOW AND ENDS 01-02-2021

    SUMMARY:  Interact with guests one on one by selling tickets for the famous Silver Dollar City. You will have the opportunity to greet thousands of guests daily as a Tickets Team Member and answer any of their questions about Silver Dollar City’s shows, 40+ rides and attractions, and events that may be taking place during their visit. As a Tickets Team Member you may work in a variety of areas such as the ticket booths, stroller booth, guest relations, and taking tickets at the front gate.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  include the following.  Other duties may be assigned

    • Uses ticket dispensing machine that automatically ejects number of tickets requested by the guest and hands ticket to the guest.
    • Rents strollers, wheelchairs, and electric convenience vehicles to the guests at the Stroller Booth and provides specific clear instruction on operation.
    • Cleans, stacks, and un-stacks strollers for daily rental at the Stroller Booth.
    • Scans each ticket at the Turnstiles prior to entry of the park.
    • Provides guest services and handles guest concerns at Guest Relations.
    • Accepts payment and makes change.
    • Answers questions concerning tickets, promotions, schedules, and reservations, and gives information concerning coming attractions.
    • Keeps daily balance sheet of cash received, tickets sold, and daily rentals.
    • Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
    • Must be able to work in all weather conditions

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Windows based programs, OMNI software; Pro Venue software and should be able to navigate the Internet. Candidates should also have previous cash handling experience.
