Our company specializes in lowering consumption for building owners (fuel, water and electric) via live monitoring, dynamic software and manufactured control systems. We also handle a sizable amount of City compliance work for management.

We are looking for a candidate who feels comfortable reaching out to new clients for energy compliance assistance.

In time, the ideal employee will learn our dynamic software and monitoring capability (which reduce consumption by 15-25% annually), as well as how to identify underperforming buildings and present practical efficiency measures to ownership.

Our clients include the largest firms in New York--we handle their compliance, make their buildings run efficiently and in turn, help the City meet its aggressive carbon emissions goals.

• Someone interested in sustainability is a plus but not required.

• Sales experience also a plus but not required.
