We are looking for Production Managers to work as part of the on-site crew at fundraising events in the Spring (February-June)

Responsibilities include:

• Onsite event staff member who works with the venue's technical/audio-visual team
• Manages company technical equipment and systems during event
• Vets & Publishes incoming message data from attendees
• Edits/creates on-screen content (i.e., designing a slide using client-provided materials using PowerPoint)

• Good communicator
• Handles time constraints and pressure well
• Retains relevant work information to perform tasks efficiently
• Ability to assess issues and troubleshoot without direction
• Proficient in audio / video terminology and jargon
• Familiarity with the internet and computers
• Some experience in PowerPoint

Sophist runs a mobile-giving program called Text to Pledge allowing fundraiser guests to pledge any amount to the cause using their personal handheld device and the text message feature.
