Brookfield Management is listed on the New York and Toronto stock exchanges under the symbols BAM and BAM.A, respectively.

BROOKFIELD PROPERTY GROUP Brookfield Property Group, one of Brookfield’s primary businesses, is a leading global investor with over $200 billion in real estate assets under management, owning and operating an irreplaceable portfolio of iconic properties located in the world’s most dynamic markets. Our real estate portfolio spans multiple asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, logistics, hospitality, self-storage and student housing in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Across our public and private investment vehicles, we generate superior returns by focusing on real estate fundamentals – leasing, financing, development, construction, and property and facilities management.

Brookfield’s private real estate platform is comprised of funds that target a variety of return profiles, ranging from core plus to opportunistic. Our flagship opportunistic real estate fund series, BSREP, invests globally to acquire real estate companies, portfolios, and standalone assets, with a focus on large-scale, multi-faceted transactions. The most recent vintage fund in this series is BSREP III, a global opportunistic real estate fund with $15 billion of equity commitments.
