    THE POSITION:

    The Firm is seeking a CHANNEL MARKETING ASSOCIATE to join the Marketing & Communications team in its New York office, working closely with the entire team and regularly interacting with investments, sales and legal professionals. This person will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for the management and measurement of marketing materials, programs and campaigns that build brand, drive leads, retention, and growth.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and manage targeted marketing programs following a multi-channel approach (sales engagement, events, conference calls, email, social and PR) targeted to financial intermediaries across the globe
    • Collaborate with key business partners across Marketing, Investments, Sales, Legal and Compliance to create industry leading marketing content, campaign strategies and sales enablement programs
    • Develop especially strong relationship with compliance, understanding the complexities of retail marketing regulations
    • Manage a campaign pipeline, with project prioritization to be continuously refined in response to business needs
    • Research and analyze financial advisors’ engagement across various marketing touch points
    • Set specific and measurable marketing goals and report on relevant performance metrics, and ability to integrate data-driven learnings into actionable insights for sales colleagues

    THE CANDIDATE:

    The successful candidate will possess the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or another related field or demonstrated comparable experience.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong interest in financial services marketing, and experience with asset management and retail/intermediary channel preferred
    • Experience with public securities strategies and knowledge of alternatives strategies is beneficial
    • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills, with experience leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
    • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy
    • Strong analytical skills and quantitative orientation
    • Working knowledge and affinity for a variety of tech tools (Salesforce, Pardot and Seismic).
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
