The business unit is dedicated to effectively serving the financial intermediary community in North America and bringing timely & unique products to market that leverage the core competencies of the two firms.

THE POSITION: INTERNAL SALES DESK MANAGER
The Internal Sales Desk Manager position is responsible for managing all sales, service, and marketing activities on the Internal Sales Desk at Brookfield-Oaktree Wealth Management Solutions (WMS). The product structures will include mutual funds, separately managed accounts, non-traded REITs, BDCs, Interval Funds, and open/closed-end private funds. The sales structure is de-channelized calling on Wirehouses, Regionals, Independent Broker Dealers, Private Banking, and RIAs. The Internal Sales Desk Manager performance is measured by gross flows, assets under management, sales activities, and broader team contribution of the Internal Wholesalers to the National sales efforts. Compensation is performance-based consisting of salary and annual bonus.
