Sales Development Role You will be part of our Business Development team. At Castle, our Business Development team is a centralized team tackling challenges that are of the highest priority and often require discretion and flawless execution. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the CEO, COO, and Hive team to develop new methods of demand generation. Day to day, you will source prospective academic and enterprise clients. You will be expected to keep track of large quantities of emails, as well as apply your strong quantitative skills to analyse research priorities, sales metrics, and demand generation strategies. You are the frontline for Hive AI and part of the full-service special forces team that is willing to do anything and everything needed to move the business forward. Responsibilities * Work closely with the Hive AI business development and data teams in San Francisco and India to source clients * Set research priorities for our Hive data & research team in India and manage their workstreams * Reach out to prospective clients in both the academic and enterprise realms * Send high volumes of emails each day, and follow up on previous conversations as necessary * Present weekly sales reports, track sales and outreach metrics and communicate them to your team * Work closely with our CEO and COO to develop demand generation strategies * Work with the New Ventures team and complete any tasks necessary to quickly evaluate viability of product ideas * This is a high growth role with potential to move into a more technical Hive Business Development role Requirements * You have a Bachelor's degree from a well-known 4-year university. Minimum 3.5 GPA * You have 0-2 years of work experience * You have the proven ability to work long workweeks when needed * You have strong writing and typing skills * You are resilient and can bounce back from rejection and low response rates and keep pushing * You have an interest in sales and business development, as well as our machine learning platform Hive AI * You have strong analytical and quantitative skills * You take initiative to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to accomplish goals * You are energetic, resourceful and do what it takes to get the job done * You are hungry to learn and you actively look for opportunities to contribute * You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat What We Offer You Castle Global offers a network of companies with extensive resources and exceptional people.
